Need help with nintendo wifi connection?

my Wii connects to my internet. So i get all the channels, and can shop and stuff. But i can never play with anybody online or use the wii speak mic. I always get this error code:86420.

I looked it up on nintendos support site and it says i can disable my firewall on my router, i did that, nothing changed



or i can change my Port Forwarding settings.

I have a N wireless Belkin router. its model number is F5D8236-4 .

I went to my router setup page and cant find the Port forwarding settings. Now im stuck and dont know what to do. How do i find my Port Forwarding settings?
