Does anyone know about ports...I have a dell laptop..Im trying to download from utorrent..it says to check my?
It might be trying to connect to your computer through a port on the ethernet that is blocked by your firewall. You would have to go into your firewall program and give utorrent permission to use the port number you're having a problem with.
If you turn off the firewall you should have no problem - BUT you'll be inviting all manner of bad news software.
