I have no compose option on my email page, why?

I received a phone message from Verizon about changing my port. I have no clue as to how to do that. I do not like the new Yahoo format.

Compose has been renamed. It's now called %26quot;NEW%26quot;.



It's in the same place, and works exactly the same way---just a new name.
