Azureus NAT Port Problem? Macbook pro...pliz help?

i am new to this whole torrent thing, so be easy. i have a mac book pro and i am using wireless internet. i have at%26amp;t dsl. 2wire. so i just started using Azureus and i have the yellow happy face all the time and my downloads are like 4-7kb/s....they are f***** slow. it says i have a nat problem? how do i close my firewall or change the port #. also how would i change it from my router the 2wire? i have no idea so i would really appreciate it. thanks in advance. i need help.....

You should choose a port in the 49152-65534 range. In Mac, I believe the setting is at Azureus%26gt;Preferences%26gt;Connection.

I don;t have a Mac, but I found this on firewalling at the Azureus wiki:

You can check if your port is open at Azureus%26gt;NAT Firewall Test.



If it is open, then you can check Good Settings for info on fine tuning your Azureus for best speed:

What you could do to improve the speed is restrict upload speed to 20KBPS.
